PAYMENT : We accept all Major Credit Cards (MasterCard, VISA, DISCOVER, AMEX) and PayPal. Please request a PayPal invoice, if necessary, in order to pay with PayPal. Checks and Postal Money Orders are accepted. Personal checks must clear before merchandise is shipped. Shipping & Insurance, which is required, is additional. MA. Residents must pay 6.25% MA. Sales Tax.

SHIPPING : We strive to ship within 3 business days of confirmed payment. We ship world-wide with some exceptions and limitations. For international shipping, please contact us for more detailed information before placing your order.

RETURNS : Although we hope that all of our items meet with your satisfaction, there may be an occasion that necessitates a return. If there is need for a return, please call us first for an authorization. Authorized items must be returned within 3 business days of your receipt of the merchandise. The merchandise must be in the original condition in which it was sent. Items must be insured for the full value of your expected refund. We do not accept returns from countries outside the United States.

LAY-A-WAY : We do accept Lay-A-Way plans. Our general policy is a maximum 3-month plan. An initial deposit of 25% of the total price is required, followed by 3 additional equal monthly payments. Shipping & insurance will be included in the final payment.
